AST对于KSE要约收购阿森纳俱乐部一事进行回应

*AST，阿森纳球迷信托基金

这则标志着阿森纳俱乐部历史上糟糕的一天。

斯坦-克伦克将俱乐部据为己有将会结束球迷对俱乐部的控股，还会终结他们的职责对俱乐部所产生的监事价值。

通过将俱乐部私有化，克伦克将能够实施下列危害性的行为：

在没有任何限度和平衡的情况下支付管理费用和红利

不再会有年度股东总会来制约董事层

取消独立总监

为阿森纳增加负债以支持他的其他商业利益

此外还让AST极端担忧的是，这次收购的资金来源于贷款。

这则消息最糟糕的一点是，克伦克计划强制收购阿森纳球迷所持有的股份。很多这些持股球迷都是AST成员，他们持股并不是为了股票的价值而是以此对俱乐部的未来享有一份监事权。此举将会是有效的合法盗窃，为阿森纳目前的运行方式移除所有的制约。
